Exciting Partnership

We are thrilled to have a new

volunteer commitment from Navistar Diesel of Alabama. We would like to thank the employees and executives for volunteering with our Wheelchair Ramps service. Their generosity of time and overall enthusiasm is greatly appreciated. On January 4th, Navistar Diesel of Alabama kicked off a three-month retention program that avoids layoffs by using employee talent to help area non-profit organizations, including CASA of Madison County. Thousands of our elderly clients have been able to remain safe and independent in their homes because caring volunteers like the Navistar employees and executives dedicated their time and resources.

Community Collaboration

We are very excited to be working with students from the University of Alabama in Huntsville’s School of Nursing and A & M University again this year. Throughout the spring semester, our clients will receive home visits from student nurses and master level social work students from these local schools. Our clients will benefit greatly from these students’ knowledge and care. Partnerships and collaborations like these are essential to our success in keeping Madison County’s seniors safe and in their homes. We cannot fulfill our mission alone, but with the continued assistance of this compassionate community we will keep this our seniors safe for decades to come.
